Before we were a technology company,
we were educators.

P3M.AI is a technology company specialising in AI-powered evaluation infrastructure. But before we were a technology company, we were educators standing in classrooms wondering why something as important as human growth was being measured so poorly.

So we came together. Educators and engineers. People who understood learning and people who understood technology. And from both sides we saw the same gap β€” organisations genuinely trying to measure what truly matters, with tools that were never designed to do it.

Performance was being reduced to a number. Mindset went unobserved. Attitude was left to impression.
